A few gentle rules: always wrist-test the warmth before cuddling, heat in short bursts and never past the recommended time, and let the pack cool fully before re-warming. Bonnie is a comfort plush rather than a medical device, and she isn't suitable for children under three.

She's easy to keep fresh. Remove the heat pack first, then machine wash Bonnie cold on a gentle cycle (a laundry bag keeps her fur happiest) and let her air dry — no tumble dryer. The pack itself should only ever be wiped clean with a damp cloth, never washed or soaked.
